Welcome to Cachai’s first blog. First I wanna share my gratitude for taking time in your day to read this blog. They say that life has a way of leading us down unexpected paths, and sometimes, those paths unveil our true purpose. This is the story of Cachai—a testament to resilience, passion, and the pursuit of making a positive impact.

The Unplanned Beginning

It all began when life took an unexpected turn. After a decade abroad, building a life in Chile, circumstances led me back to my roots in The Netherlands. The abrupt shift forced me to leave behind the life I had constructed and start anew. I started working two jobs, seven days a week, more than ten hours a day—I was caught in the whirlwind of a life that demanded everything from me. That doesn’t sound healthy, you might think. Well, you are absolutely right! Of course it took a toll on my wellbeing, eventually forcing me to take a step back. During this time I found myself in an unfamiliar space of stillness. It was during this pause that a seed was planted, a seed that would soon grow into the vision of Cachai.

The Joy of Helping Others

Despite taking a break, I found purpose in advising a social impact company called ‘TimeSkool.’ The joy and fulfillment I got from helping them prepare for the next level were undeniable. It became a constant in a world of uncertainties, a source of positivity and possibilities, that began setting things in motion.

As the universe would have it, my passion for helping businesses thrive was starting to get noticed. Companies, both big and small, started reaching out seeking guidance and that was the validation I needed—the confirmation that I could make a difference not only in one company’s journey but in many.

What inspired the birth of Cachai was more than a career change—it was the discovery of my passion that turned into my purpose. Jay Shetty’s words echoed in my mind, “Your passion becomes a purpose when you use it to serve others.” The realization that I had found my calling and that it could positively impact others was the spark that started Cachai.
